Lantana Schools

At Lantana, we're teaching a valuable lesson about the importance of education in your child's future.

The education of your child is one of our top considerations. Two elementary schools, the first opened August 2002, and one middle school, to be located within Lantana -- all part of the renowned Denton Independent School District.

But our greatest commitment to education is the Lantana Education/Charitable Foundation. This organization was created to fund special educational and charitable programs.

In 2000, the Foundation committed $1 million to the Denton Independent School District, enabling an elementary school to be built for Lantana students to begin the 2002 school year. The foundation will receive one-half of one percent from the sale of all real estate sold or transferred, both current and future, within Lantana.

This unprecedented innovation is helping build Lantana's reputation as one of the country's most "education friendly" communities.
